Titanium Wire Mesh Demister / Mist Eliminator / Dimister Pads With Frame ( Grids and Supporting Item )
Titanium wire mesh demister is also called TA2 wire mesh demister, titanium alloy wire mesh demister, titanium wire mesh demister pads, mist eliminator.
Features: Titanium is a very active metal with a low equilibrium potential and a high degree of thermodynamic corrosion in the medium. In practice, however, titanium is very stable in many media, such as titanium, which is resistant to corrosion in media such as oxidizing, neutral, and weakly reducing. This is because titanium and oxygen have a great affinity. In the air or in an oxygen-containing medium, a dense, highly adherent and inert oxide film is formed on the surface of the titanium to protect the titanium substrate from corrosion. Even if it is mechanically worn, it will heal quickly or regenerate. This indicates that titanium is a metal with a strong tendency to passivate. An oxide film of titanium having a medium temperature below 315 ° C always maintains this property. Industrial pure titanium includes TA1, TA2, TA10 and other grades.
Titanium wire mesh demister use: Titanium and its alloys have many excellent characteristics such as light weight, high strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. They are known as “the metal of the future” and are new structural materials with promising future. Titanium and its alloys have not only been used in aviation and space navigation industries, but have also been widely used in many industrial sectors such as chemical, petroleum, light industry, metallurgy, and power generation.
Titanium wire mesh demister performance: Because titanium has excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical properties and process performance, it is widely used in many sectors of the national economy. Especially in chemical production, titanium is used instead of stainless steel, nickel-based alloys and other rare metals as corrosion-resistant materials, which increases production, improves product quality, extends equipment life, reduces consumption, reduces energy consumption, reduces costs, and prevents pollution. And improving labor conditions and improving productivity are all very important. In recent years, the range of titanium used in chemical industry in China has been expanding, and the dosage has increased year by year. Titanium has become the main anti-corrosion material in chemical equipment. Titanium has established its position as a corrosion-resistant structural material used in chemical plants, and as an ideal material in chemical equipment, titanium has increasingly attracted the attention of engineers and technicians.
Pure titanium TA2 commonly used in industry
|Industrial Pure Titanium||TA1
|Industrial pure titanium differs from chemically pure titanium in that it contains more oxygen, nitrogen, carbon and various other magazine elements (such as iron, silicon, etc.), which is essentially a low alloying titanium alloy. Compared with chemically pure titanium, it has much higher strength due to the inclusion of more magazine elements. Its mechanical properties and chemical properties are similar to those of stainless steel (but the strength is still low compared with titanium alloy).
Industrial pure titanium is characterized by low strength, good plasticity, easy processing, good stamping, welding and cutting process; good in atmospheric, seawater, wet chlorine and oxidizing, neutral and weak reducing media. The corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance are superior to most austenitic stainless steels but the heat resistance is poor and the use temperature is not too high.
Industrial pure titanium is divided into three gradesTA1.TA2 and TA3 according to its impurity content . The interstitial impurity elements of these three industrial pure titanium are gradually increased, so the mechanical strength and hardness are also gradually increased, but the plasticity and toughness are correspondingly decreased.
The pure titanium commonly used in the industry is TA2because of its moderate corrosion resistance and comprehensive mechanical properties. TA3 can be used when the corrosion resistance and strength are high . TA1 can be used for better forming properties.
|(1) It is mainly used as stamping parts and corrosion-resistant structural parts with a working temperature of less than 360 degrees, but which is not strong but requires high plasticity, such as: the skeleton and skin of the aircraft, engine accessories, seawater corrosion resistant pipes and valves for ships, Pump. Desalination system components, chemical heat exchangers . Pumps, distillation towers, coolers, mixers, tees, impellers, solid parts, ion pumps, compressor valves, and diesel engine pistons, connecting rods, leaf springs Wait.
(2) TA1.TA2 has good low temperature toughness and high low temperature strength when the iron content is 0.095% , the oxygen content is 0.08% , the hydrogen content is 0.0009% , and the nitrogen content is 0.0062% . It can be used as -259 ℃. The following low temperature structural materials.
|Corrosion resistance of titanium|
|Titanium is a pure metal with very good corrosion resistance. In particular, it has strong corrosion resistance in various concentrations of nitric acid, organic acids, chlorides, wet chlorine and alkali. Not resistant to corrosion by purer reducing acids and hydrochloric acid.|
