PTFE / FEP / ETFE / PVDF Wire Mesh Demister / Mist Eliminator / Dimister Pads With Frame ( Grids and Support Parts )
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) F4 wire mesh demister
PTFE (f4) PTFE mesh demister is one of the best corrosion-resistant demister products. It can be used for a long time in any kind of chemical medium. PTFE mesh demister can resist hydrogen. Corrosion of fluoric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and various organic acids, organic solvents, strong oxidants and various other highly corrosive chemical media. The PTFE (f4) PTFE mesh demister can be used normally at temperatures between -150 and +250 °C.
1.Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) (referred to as F4) characteristics
Appearance pure Baise high temperature resistance: use temperature -200 ~ +250 ° C;
Low temperature resistance: 5% at -196 °C;
Corrosion resistance: resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, aqua regia and various organic solvents;
Insulation resistance: dielectric properties are independent of temperature and frequency;
High lubrication: the lowest friction coefficient in solid materials;
Non-adherent: no adhesion to any substance; strong self-lubricity: friction coefficient of 0.04 in solid materials
Non-toxic: physiologically inert, implantable in the human body; anti-aging can be used in the atmosphere for a long time. Anti-pollution: low metal element blank value, lead content less than 10-11 g/ml, uranium content less than 10-12 g/ml;
Ptfe wire mesh demister filter: PTFE (F4) grill material: 904L
2.The characteristics of polyperfluoroethylene propylene (FEP) (referred to as F46)
The appearance is transparent and colorless. It is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. It retains the full performance of F4 and has a temperature resistance lower than F450 °C. F46 is easy to form and can be extruded, molded and injection molded. High temperature resistance: temperature of use - 200~+205°C;
Low temperature resistance: 5% at -196 °C;
Corrosion resistance: resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, aqua regia, hydrofluoric acid and various organic solvents;
Insulation resistance: dielectric properties are independent of temperature and frequency;
Does not adhere: does not adhere to any substance;
Non-toxic: physiologically inert and implantable in the human body;
Anti-pollution: the metal element has a low blank value, the lead content is less than 10-11 g/ml, and the uranium content is less than 10-12 g/ml;
3.The characteristics of polyvinyl fluoride (ETFE) (referred to as F40)
ETFE Chinese name: ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, commonly known as: polyvinyl fluoride, also commonly known as: F40. Specific gravity: 1.7 g / cm3; Molding shrinkage: 3.1-7.7%; long-term use temperature -80--220 degrees.
ETFE is the toughest fluoroplastic. It maintains the good heat resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties of PTFE. It has a great improvement in radiation and mechanical properties. The tensile strength can reach 50MPa. 2 times that of tetrafluoroethylene.
ETFE has excellent chemical resistance, corrosion resistance to all chemicals, the lowest friction coefficient in plastics, and good electrical properties. Its electrical insulation is not affected by temperature. It is known as the “Plastic King”. ETFE is chemically resistant to PTFE and better than vinylidene fluoride.
4.PVDF polyvinylidene fluoride (referred to as F2) characteristics
PVDF polyvinylidene fluoride, the appearance of translucent or white powder or granules, densely arranged between molecular chains, and strong hydrogen bonds, oxygen index of 46%, non-combustible, crystallinity of 65% to 78%, density is 1.17~1.79g/cm3, melting point is 172 °C, heat distortion temperature is 112~145 °C, long-term use temperature is -40~150 °C. PVDF resin mainly refers to a vinylidene fluoride homopolymer or a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and other small amount of fluorine-containing vinyl monomer. PVDF resin has the characteristics of fluororesin and general-purpose resin, in addition to good chemical resistance and resistance. In addition to high temperature, oxidation resistance, weather resistance, and radiation resistance, it also has special properties such as piezoelectricity, dielectric properties, and thermoelectric properties. Product characteristics: 1, with excellent chemical resistance, excellent high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance. 2. PVDF has excellent wear resistance, flexibility, high tensile strength and impact strength. 3, PVDF has excellent UV and high energy radiation.
